I understand that hair pulling is about mood as well as physiology but If your hair is mucky and stretchy, easily pulled you might want to consider some products you are using. Could be an interaction between the dye and relaxer, but it's likely just over processing. You can see a professional about ways to strengthen it, but expect your hair to be very fragile going forward, and you may need to consider a short haircut to remove as much damaged hair as possible and then get some help with what makes you feel you need to pull it out.
